In Brisas Restaurant, Puerto Pollensa, we have specialized in paellas, fish and seafood from the Bay of Pollensa in order to cook one of the best paellas in the north of Majorca.The main ingredient in our recipes is the ‘bombita rice’ grown in Sa Pobla.
This kind of rice has a distinctive feature; it soaks up and absorbs all flavours better than any other rice. As a result, we can cook excellent and very tasty meat or fish and seafood paellas.
